cat hair constantly clogs waste bin

Hello, I really like my Mobius 60 a lot. However, it seems that the dustbin in the robot gets plugged as it is not sucked up into the bag. I have the unit set for the highest level of return to empty the bin. Any thoughts?

Hello, we fully understand the trouble caused by frequent hair clogging. This issue is most likely caused by a full dust bag or hair blocking the air duct. Please check step by step:
First check if the dust bag on the base is full; replace it with a new one if needed.
Inspect the robot dustbin and suction channel, clear tangled clumps of cat hair.
Check the filter inside the dustbin and clean it if it is blocked by plenty of hair.
If the robot dustbin is full, the auto-empty function will be affected, so please empty it.
