Moving a Docking Station Upstairs

I would like to move my Mova V50 docking station permanently upstairs......how do I do this?   Do I delete all maps, move complete unit upstater and remap?.....I bought a new Mova V50 and want it downstairs.....I will set the new one up for use downstairs only and want to set the old unit up upstairs.....Please advise.......Thank you.....OKU

Since you plan to use your unit for one floor exclusively, you can do exactly as you said and just delete the current map and re-map the upstairs.

Side note: sometimes robot vacuums don't perform well when the base is placed on carpet. If that is your only option and you start to have problems, you can buy something hard to place your base on. I like to use a hard plastic mat like the ones that office chairs roll on. This also protects your carpet incase there was ever a water leak!
