Dust Cup Not Emptying

I received my robo mop ( Z60 Ultra Roller Complete) a few days ago. I have been letting it run one everyday for the past four days. I decide i should look at the duct cup to ensure it is emptying okay only to discover it was jam packed. We have two short haired dogs so all the hair and dirt is not going into the vacuum bag.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
