Mova V70 App

my app is stuck and will not allow me to close it because it is stuck on the low-clearance tab....I added an area but it went to wrong place....now I can not delete it because it asks me to "add a room"...I tried to add a low-clearance but get same message....I have sent picture showing message it get....

Can I delete app and add it again without losing all map information?
