Ran over dog feces

We originally had a MOVA P10 Pro Gen 1 that drove directly through dog feces, spreading it throughout the house and ruining the brush, wheels, and other parts of the robot. It was an absolute nightmare to clean. MOVA knew about the incident and replaced it with a refurbished P10 Pro Gen 2. What makes this especially frustrating is that MOVA already knew this exact problem had happened with the Gen 1, and that incident was the reason we received the Gen 2 replacement. We expected the replacement to prevent a repeat, but the Gen 2 did essentially the same thing. I understand that no robot can identify every substance on the floor, but driving directly through dog feces and continuing to operate can create a serious mess and potentially ruining the robot itself. We have now experienced this with two different P10 Pro generations.
