[V50 Ultra Complete] Mova V50 Ultra Complete Not Compatible with my region.

Hello MOVA Support Team,

I purchased a MOVA V50 via Walmart US in this month September 2026 I brought the device with me to Mexico the app is now showing a region lock error stating that this model is not compatible with your region. I bought this unit legally and in good faith. I am very happy with my purchase, I would appreciate it if your technical team could whitelist or unlock my device's serial number so I can use it here.

Please tell what information you need and I'll happly share it.
