Ran over dog feces!!!

I can say honestly the P10 Gen 2 was easy to set up and for the first few weeks I had no issues. It cleaned great and mopped great. However, it did not recognize a mess in the floor, ultimately leading to the Mova being covered in dog poop. This is not a bad review let me make that clear, because Mova Customer support was phenomenal. I reached out and explained my situation. They got me a replacement ASAP. They even continued to email me with updates and check ins to make sure my return got processed. So far I haven’t had any issues with the replacement. I really wish Mova could send me a TriCut detangling roller brush for my vacuum as I am a pet home! I keep checking for the restock but haven’t seen it. I have not scheduled any cleaning while I’m away anymore out of fear of another accident with my doggies.
