No way to map my upstairs

When I go into my mapping options I don't see a way to make a new map for the second floor of our house. I only have options to move around curtains, go over thresholds, etc. But there is no option to add a second floor. How can I add this? I am currently unable to use our vacuum upstairs.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding your issue V70 Ultra Complete cannot add a second-floor map and there is no option to create a new map for the second floor, please refer to the multi-floor mapping steps below:
Tap the map edit icon → Select multi-floor map management → Set the floor type to multi-floor → Move the robot to the second floor to create a new map → After mapping is finished, move the robot back to the charging base on the first floor.
Note: When the robot needs to clean the second floor, manually switch to the corresponding second-floor map in the App first, then move the robot to the second floor and start the cleaning task.
