Extending Mop Pad Locked

The extending mop pad on my new Mova P10 Pro ultra gen 1 would make a motor noise, but the mop pad would not extend. It seems like something behind is locked and preventing the track from moving.

Our robot uses the world's first bionic mechanical arm to achieve superior edge cleaning. Besides rotation, the mop performs an outward swing motion, which creates corresponding operating noise when the working current increases.

We would like to confirm: **Is the mop unable to swing outward in all cleaning modes?**
The mop will extend in high-frequency cleaning mode. In smart mode and normal mode, the mop keeps extending when using spot cleaning or summon cleaning. However, the mop will NOT swing outward for zone-selected cleaning tasks under normal or smart mode.
