[P10 Pro Ultra] Mop pads are not getting wet

In the app, my settings are set to the wettest level and the path is set to intensive. After running for a a few minutes, the mop pads become dry, even though I can hear the robot trying to spray water onto the mop pads

Hello,

Regarding the issue of the robot not wetting the mop, you can try the following steps:

After cleaning the mop pad, remove the mop pad from the mop holder and only install the mop holder back onto the robot. Start a mopping task from the base station and wait for 5 minutes to check if there are water droplets on the floor.

If there are water droplets, it indicates that the robot can dispense water normally. Please increase the frequency of mop re-washing and adjust the mop's humidity level.

If no water flows out during the above test, remove the mop holder and use a wire, toothpick, or other items to unclog the water outlet at the bottom of the robot (please refer to the attached image). Check if the mopping issue is resolved.

If your problem is still not resolved, you may need to contact our customer service department for further assistance.
