[V50 Ultra Complete] Intuitive Step Master Feature

How do I program the robot to “step up” when transitioning from hardwood to a rug?
My rugs are very low-profile, but the edges still get flipped up—and eventually damaged—when the robot drives onto them using its standard movement. I specifically purchased this model for the StepMaster feature, but it doesn’t seem to trigger automatically in these areas.
I’ve tried placing the green boundary bar on the map, but I don’t think I’ve positioned it correctly, since I’m still seeing the rug edges curl up over time.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Currently, it’s not possible to manually set the robot to use its arm for stepping over obstacles, as this feature is controlled automatically by the robot’s algorithms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with your rug edges. To help protect your rugs, we suggest setting up a no-go zone in the app. You can do this by selecting no-go zones/virtual walls in map management and setting up a cleaning exclusion zone.
