Mova Z60 30-Day Free Trial Issue

I got my email that I was approved to test the Mova Z60 for a 30-Day Free Trial, but I am not getting a conformation email, and it is not showing up on my orders tab on the website. Is anyone else having this issue? Yes, it is from the actual Mova email, I triple checked!
