Forum Issues & Accounts

Hey MOVA,

So I'm one of the people that were signed up for the original forum and for whatever reason still can't use my original log-in on this newer U.S. only forum. It thinks I'm from Germany and just freezes when I try to log-in.

I know I was originally told to just make a new account just for this forum, but with all the contests, forum points, etc. it's become more complicated.

I'm wondering how best to merge these two accounts? Can we combine them? Or would I just need to abandon my old account, cash out my points and start using this one? What about my product/service history? All my device mapping and settings?

Thanks!

Hello,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your forum account.

Could you please confirm whether your old forum account was created in Germany or the United States? Additionally, was the device you linked to your account purchased in the U.S.? This information will greatly help us understand the specifics of your situation.

If possible, could you also provide the UID of your old forum account? This would allow us to analyze your issue more thoroughly and work towards finding a suitable solution for you.

We understand your concerns regarding forum points, product/service history, and device settings. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to providing you with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.

The account was created in the United States on the old forum. And yes, all my home devices are still linked to that primary account.
