[V50 Ultra Complete] Dock/base won’t turn on

The battery on my Mova V50 died. When I manually put it back in the dock it won’t charge. I’ve forced it on and tried readjusting to make sure it was making proper contact multiple times. And nothing.

I may suggest just reaching out to the Mova customer support team. Unfortunately not much suggestions we can make here except to check the charging pins and make sure they are clean or to try and reset the robot entirely.
