In this post I will showcase the current state of the z60 robot and its base.
I need to refill the clean water tank (this is the second fill) and I'll show you how all the different parts look!
1. Dirty water tank
As you use the Z60, the app will remind you to empty the dirty water tank. As you can see in my photo- this thing seriously cleans. Look how dirty that water is! It also smells bad! From my experience with the v50- as the floor gets cleaner the smell gets better. This is 6 days worth of stagnant dirty water. After dumping it out, I will drop a small amount of dish soap in the container and spray it with my sinks sprayer! And it's good as new!
2. The top of the z60 has some pet hair and a spot where water fell on it- but looks great otherwise!
3. The onboard dustbin has one long dog hair in it, and the filter looks a bit dusty. Because of how messy my house is, and how often I run the vacuum. I usually knock out the filter dust weekly. For some context - we rent this apartment. And about 13 people and 12 animals have lived here over the past 15 years. The carpets are ancient and were never cleaned regularly before I moved in. (If a z60 can take care of my house- yours would be living a life of luxury!)
3. The anti-tangle brushroll does an amazing job keeping up with human and pet hair. Our v50 has the same one and has never had an issue! Today it looks like the z60 ran into one of the many loose carpet threads in my house. The brushrolls were almost able to get rid of it, but the thread was too long. About 5 ft I'd say!
4. The Roller mop was dry, and had a little dust underneath
5. The cleaning station is full of dog hair, as expected. It has never been cleaned.
6. The dust bag is about a quarter full
7. The onboard dirty water tank looks great! And no smell at all!
