For the issue where the mop is not getting water, please try the following steps:
After the mop pads have been washed, remove the mop pads from the mop pad bracket.Then, install only the mop pad bracket onto the robot (without the pads attached). Start a mopping task from the base station and let it run for about 5 minutes. After that, check whether there are any water droplets on the floor.
If you see water droplets, it means the water outlet is functioning correctly. In this case, please increase the mop pad washing frequency and the mop moisture level.
If there are still no water droplets, remove the mop pad bracket.Then gently poke the water outlet on the bottom of the robot using a small tool such as a thin metal wire, a toothpick, or a similar object (refer to the attached image if available). After that, test again to see whether the mopping function is restored.
