I went to run the vacuum this evening and the dog was in his spot. In the past when one of these units would get close to him he would decide to get up and move eventually. With this machine he began by just sitting there didn't even really look at it and then as it was maneuvering around him he just decided that he wanted to lie down. It didn't bother him. The machine did not bump into him as others have and in turn he had no reason to get up and move so he was very calm and peaceful through the whole process.
