[P10 Pro] 2nd use Side brush error message

Brand new p10 pro used once and side brush error message on 2nd use. Did all the recommended troubleshooting with no change. Provided customer service all the requested deets. No response in over 24 hours.
Disappointed w known problem and poor customer service response.

Just spoke to Stefan for the second time. The number is now 33301. She claims she is escalating the case. I do not feel confident as she had not responded to my dec 2nd email. Disappointed in MOVA.

Did they ever helped you? I’m having the same issues the side brush had nothing I cleaned the other brushes incase that was the issue but nothing it still says side brush error.

I have it’s been a week and no one has helped! I’ve gotten four emails from four different people and nothing. I wanted a replacement but your customer service team is impossible to handle this. They all repeat the same questions, at this point I was just a refund!

I have cleaned the brushes all of them
Restarted the vacuum
Did a factory reset, and still the same issue.
