[P10 Pro Ultra Gen2] Mova p10 gen 2 not vacuuming right

Does anyone know why my mova p10 gen 2 is skipping parts of rooms and also making crazy inefficient routes through rooms that are completely clean?

Hello,

This doesn’t seem normal. We recommend checking the following:

1. Check whether the main wheels are tangled with any debris. If so, please clean them.

2. Make sure the LDS sensor on top of the robot rotates properly. Try gently pressing the LDS cover to see if it bounces back.

3. Inspect the rotating part of the LDS for any foreign objects or hair that may be blocking its movement. If you find any, please remove them.

4. Check if there are any uneven, curled-up stickers or large objects on the robot’s surface. If your robot is new, please confirm whether the protective film on the body is lifting. If so, please remove it.

5. Try tapping the front bumper lightly to ensure it can bounce back properly.

6. Wipe the line laser sensor and the AI recognition sensors to make sure there are no fingerprints or dust.

7. Restart the robot and try again.
