I am posting this as part of Mova's "Get and Create" program after just receiving my new Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete. After owning numerous robotic vacuums in the past, I feel there is a direct correlation between thoughtful packaging/ease of setup and overall experience with the product.
As excited as I always am for a new gadget, I always approach unboxing with some measure of trepidation/impatience. I HATE lengthy setup processes! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get my mopping vacuum set up for operation. First, the product was sturdily double boxed, with the limited number of parts for assembly cleverly packaged. I could have actually repackaged and put everything back in the box - and been able to close it up again without requiring an engineering degree.
Literally all I had to do to get the unit ready for setup was remove some protective film/tape from the robot and base, snap the base ramp in place, plug in the unit, and place the vacuum in the dock. Voila! At that point, I was ready to add water, solution, add the app, and get the cleaning party started! I am hoping the actual programming part is every bit as easy. 🤞🏻 TranslateView Original Text
