Dust collector not emptying

When vacuuming clumps of dust/hair left on carpet.  Turn unit over and collector full of hair and debris.  Have to manually extract.

If the debris the robot picks up mainly consists of fibrous or fluffy particles, this type of dirt can easily clog the air inlet. Unfortunately, such debris is also difficult for the base station to fully remove.

In this situation, we regret to say that we can only recommend manually cleaning the affected areas, as the base station is generally unable to completely clear this type of blockage.

If the robot cleans regularly, the floor will typically stay clean for a longer period, which helps reduce the buildup of lint and greatly lowers the likelihood of the air inlet becoming clogged again.
