is the silver ion to be attached to both tanks? I read somewhere in the app or on the website it was to be added to the clean water tank but saw on youtube to be added to dirty water tank?
Hello, the silver ion module is mainly used for antibacterial and descaling purposes. It is recommended to install it in the clean water tank only—there is no need to place it in the dirty water tank.
