How can I add/register another user on the app

My husband and I want to operate our little 'Dirty Harry' independently but We can't figure out how to add a second user to the app. We tried scanning the QR code into our phones but when the second scan is done it voids out the first one. Please assist us in being able to operate the Mova P10 Pro Ultra independently form our own phone app.

You cannot log into the same MOVA account on two MOVA Home apps at the same time. If you want another person or device to access the robot, they must have their own Mova account.

How to Share a Device
1. Open the MOVA Home app
2. Tap the three dots (…) in the top right corner of the device screen OR go to “Me” in the bottom right corner of your screen
3. Select Device Sharing
4. Enter the account ID you want to share the device with
5. Tap Share

Important Requirements
Device sharing only works if both accounts are registered in the same region as the robot vacuum.

To verify your region:
1. Open the MOVA app.
2. Tap “Me”
3. Go to Settings > General Settings
4. Confirm your region matches the region where the robot was purchased and your region matches the region of the shared user.
