[Suggestion] LiDAX Mower: Add notification before scheduled task

Add notification before scheduled task starts to warn user and allow to update/skip if needed. For example, 30 minutes before it starts, send a notification with title “Mowing task ‘<name_of_schedule>’ will start at <scheduled_time>”, and with body “Mowing set to <mowing_type> on <list_of_zones> in <name_of_map> at <scheduled_time>”. With actual values: “Mowing task ‘Spr/Summer Schedule’ will start at 8:30 AM”, “Mowing set to all-area on Zone1, Zone2 in Map1 at 8:30 AM”.
