A Review of the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete (From Someone Who Just Wants a Clean Floor)

I recently put the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete to the test, and it turned out to be more capable than I expected. I’ve used it in different areas of our home — the kitchen, bathroom, and even our garage, which doubles as a home gym and my photography workspace. Overall, it has been very helpful in keeping these busy spaces clean without much effort from me.

One feature I use often is the Vac and Mop setting on standard suction with the intensive route. It handles everyday mess like dust, crumbs, and small debris really well. The suction power is strong enough to pick up most dirt, and the Anti-Tangle TroboWave™ DuoBrush helps prevent hair from wrapping around the rollers. It’s not perfect by my wife’s cleaning standards though — some dirt can still remain around furniture legs and wall corners. However, from fine powder dust to larger debris like wood filings, it was able to handle them well.

The mopping feature is also useful, especially in the kitchen where we sometimes get sticky messes from cooking. The HydroForce™ mopping system sprays clean water and keeps the mop rinsed, which helps keep the floors looking fresh. In our home, we keep three sets of mop pads — one for bathrooms, one for general cleaning, and one for the garage. I would still love to see a robot vacuum that can automatically change its mop pads. Also, tougher stains sometimes need multiple cleaning passes.

I also like how smart the navigation is. The robot maps the house and moves around furniture, edges, and tight spaces pretty well. Its slim body helps it reach under furniture where dust usually hides. It’s actually fun watching it move around the house like it’s playing hide-and-seek with dirt. I was impressed that it can reach under sofas and beds — areas we usually only clean once a month but now get cleaned almost weekly.

Another feature that works well in our home is the LiftPro chassis, which helps the robot move over small obstacles and rugs. The AutoShield feature also helps keep carpets from getting wet when mopping. There was one instance when it got stuck on one of our loose rugs, but that was easily solved by securing the rug so it wouldn’t move.

The Multi-Floor Management feature in the app is also very helpful. Since our garage floor is slightly lower than the rest of the house, I was able to map it separately and switch between maps easily in the app.

In terms of battery life, it was able to vacuum and mop our 2,000-square-foot home on standard settings, which I found pretty impressive. It usually finishes the job in about one to two hours, depending on the cleaning route.

As a busy working couple, the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete has made cleaning much easier in our home. Instead of spending time sweeping or mopping every day, we can let the robot handle most of the work while we focus on other tasks. We can also start or schedule cleaning anytime through the app, which makes it very convenient for everyday use.
