Battery Charge

I really want to love this z60. I have such high hopes and yet I keep finding little things that just irritate me. I so much want to be able to say this is a wonderful device. I think if I had never had a mova before and was comparing this to other brands I would be incredibly happy. But I'm comparing this to a mova P10 Pro Ultra and a mova P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2. I'm not seeing the marked improvement that I would expect for double the price in fact sometimes I think the cheaper unit does a better job. My newest concern is battery life. I am cleaning approximately 20 to 30 square meters on a regular basis and there is one small area rug but most of it is just bare flooring VCT. I'm asking it to do a vacuum and mop across the VCT. If I want it to do two passes it has to stop and charge at least once if not twice. My P10 never had to stop to recharge even when I asked it to deep clean the area twice vacuuming and mopping. It also goes through water a lot faster than my P10 did. I may end up giving this machine to my mother because she does not need to run it as often. Having two dogs in my apartment means that I typically like to do a double vacuum and mop at least twice a week. It's just not doing what I expected. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Compared with the P10 series, the Z60 has significant improvements in suction power and intelligent recognition. These enhancements may cause it to clean more slowly and consume more power during operation. In addition, the Z60 uses a cleaning method that releases clean water while simultaneously extracting dirty water, so it tends to use water more quickly. This is normal behavior.

We also recommend tidying up the floor before starting a cleaning task—such as removing cables, shoes, toys, and other small items. Please avoid following the robot closely or blocking its path during cleaning, as this may cause missed areas and reduce cleaning efficiency.

I appreciate your response. It makes sense as to why this machine might appear to go through battery power more quickly. I do clean up my floor and there are no obstacles on the hard floors that the unit cleans. I do not follow it around as I typically have it run after we go to bed. It has the room and the floor all to itself. Again thank you for the explanation on the battery life.
