Before and after

Here are two videos one is a before I've run it and the other is a video after. I do commentate most of it. There were paw prints and some outside grassy type things that have been brought in. The video will show how it vacuumed pretty good, except the one end of my area rug it never vacuums to the end and turn short. As far as the mopping it does a decent job on most of the floor however I cannot get it to mop up alongside my area rug. I have tried different settings and even shifting the rug but it never cleans right up along the edge of the rug. It also seems to be making a bit of a louder noise when the mop roller is running it's almost like a high-pitched squeal. That's new.

For the issue where the robot is not vacuuming all the way to the end of the area rug, we recommend enlarging the rug area in the app map settings to see if this improves the cleaning coverage.

For the insufficient edge cleaning while mopping, please try cleaning the edge sensors on the side of the robot.

Regarding the noise issue, please check whether there is any debris stuck in the wheels and remove it if found.

You can also try removing and reinstalling the mop and the main brush cover.

Lastly, please check the filter and make sure it is completely dry.
