Hello,
Based on your description, it appears that the robot is unable to fully explore and map your space, shows signs of getting lost during cleaning, and has trouble locating the base station. Additionally, the base station seems to be powering off unexpectedly. Our initial assessment suggests the issue may be related to:
1. Unstable power supply to the base station, causing the robot to lose its reference point or fail to recharge properly
2. The robot's LDS is malfunctioning, the signal is unstable, and the map is overlapping and disorganized.
We recommend trying the following steps:
1. Ensure the base station is connected to a stable power source—avoid using power strips or loose outlets
2. Place the base station in an open, unobstructed area, away from reflective surfaces or sources of interference
3. Rebuild the map: In the app, tap the map icon, enable the Multi-Floor Map option, then tap “+ Create Map” at the bottom to start a new map
4. Make sure your robot is updated to the latest firmware version
