Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete Thick Carpet Testing

I have been using the Mova Z60 for approximately two weeks, and as someone who has not previously owned a robot vacuum, there is certainly an adjustment period. A small amount of dust accumulates near the bottom edges and along the sides, but it is not noticeable from a distance. I think the Z60 looks amazing, the black finish and overall design give it a sleek, stealthy appearance.
While testing on a carpet (not sure if that is considered thick), I noticed that the unit struggled to move across the surface and tended to drift toward the left. This may be related to the rubber “shark fin” located on the underside that guides debris. The Z60 does include a chassis lift feature intended to raise the body when operating on tall carpets, but this setting was not enabled during my testing. I also had the suction level set to maximum and the navigation mode set to Deep Clean, both of which may have contributed to the vacuum becoming stuck.
Given the robot vacuum’s MSRP of roughly $1,000, I was somewhat disappointed that the app did not attempt to notify me that the device was encountering difficulties or experiencing issues.
In addition, the roller was able to roll on the carpet and collect dust after the roller cover fell off (I didn’t lock it in place). This got the roller area of the Z60 dirty, and that is my fault, but for an expensive robot vacuum, I would also expect it to at least give an error message. Luckily the mop roller wasn’t wet, otherwise it would have made the carpet wet as well.

Other than my nitpickings, the Mova Z60 has been working normally.
