Hello, regarding the equipment cleaning interruption issue you described, please check the following:
1. The device entered sleep mode after being trapped outdoors.
2. The robot was unable to charge inside the base station, causing it to run out of power and shut down. Possible causes include the base station not being powered on or poor contact between the robot and the base station.
If the problem persists after following the above steps, it may be an internal fault in the main unit. Please contact our after-sales team immediately.
Regarding the issue of the robot not finding the charging dock or base station, there are usually the following possibilities:
1. The charging dock or base station has been powered off or has been manually moved. In this case, please turn on the power to the charging dock or base station and return it to its original position.
2. There are obstacles on the charging dock or base station tray and the surrounding ground. In this case, please remove the obstacles immediately.
3. The robot is stuck or triggers an alarm during cleaning. In this case, please manually return the robot to the charging dock or base station.
4. The ground where the charging dock or base station is located is uneven. In this case, please place the charging dock or base station on a flat surface.
5. System malfunction. Please place the robot within 1 meter of the charging dock or base station, then click the "Recall" button on the dock or base station. If the robot fails to return to the charging dock or base station, please contact us immediately.
