Cat Litter Struggle

Although I am overall pleased with the Z60’s ability to vacuum, I was disappointed in its lack of ability to deal with cat litter on a hard floor. In the pictures one can see a circle where the unit drove into the middle of the mess then did a 180 and drove out. I sent it in three times to clean up but ultimately I had to get a broom and do it myself. More programming should be done.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on the pictures, it appears that the space in that area is too narrow for the robot to clean effectively.

We recommend turning off the “Intelligent Obstacle Recognition” feature in the settings and cleaning the edge sensors on the side of the robot.

Additionally, you may try removing the items in that area to create more space and see if this improves the cleaning performance.
