One of the best features of the Z60 is the obstacle avoidance. I remember so many hours we spent as a family making sure that our floors were sufficiently "picked up" before we used to run some of our old robot vacuums. If we didn't "babysit" many of the older vacuums, then they would inevitably get stuck or tangled on something. This would happen frequently with things like power cords! However, I've been really impressed with the fact that we have had this vacuum for almost a full month, and we don't have to do that anymore. It senses where it should and shouldn't go and moves in such a way as to avoid the problems, and it even marks the power cords on the map! This is one of the reasons I love the Z60.
