I was playing around in the app and came across the intensive carpet cleaning setting, which has the Z60 cross walk carpets instead of just doing straight passes. I figured I’d try it out, especially with how much golden retriever hair we deal with.
After running it, I checked the map and you can actually see how it hit the carpeted areas from multiple directions. It wasn’t just a quick pass, it really worked those sections. And honestly, you could tell the difference. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner, especially in the spots where hair usually gets embedded and doesn’t come up easily.
That’s been one of the bigger surprises for me. Most robot vacuums I’ve used kind of skim over carpet, but this actually feels like it’s doing a deeper clean. Definitely something I’ll keep turned on moving forward.
