Mova Z60 on the black carpet

I was very curious how Mova is going to work on my black carpet, that is regularly getting very furry. First time I had it on and made a video it did a really great job. It was not perfect, but I didn't really expect it to be with carpet dirty that bad. After that first clean it started to get problems with navigation on the carpet. From what I researched it has something to do with cliff sensors. I hope it's going to get an update fixing this problem. I also own a Mova P10 Pro, and it never had problems with navigating that carpet, but also didn't have enough suction to clean it as well as Mova Z60. 3 first map pictures at the end of the video are Mova Z60 and 3 last pictures are Mova P10.

Hello,

thank you very much for your feedback.

If your carpet is black, the robot may mistakenly detect it as a cliff, which can prevent normal cleaning. We recommend turning off “Intelligent Stain Cleaning (laboratory function)” in the settings to see if the situation improves:

Settings → Floor Cleaning Settings → Intelligent Stain Cleaning (laboratory function)

At the same time, we will actively forward your feedback to our product development team. We continually improve and upgrade our products based on each customer’s input.

Thank you again for your support and attention.
