While this robot can crossover thresholds with ease, you may be wondering what to do if you have multiple levels in your house. While it can't crawl up and down your stairs, you still can have it map out and clean your additional levels of your house. For us, we have mostly carpet upstairs except for our bathrooms, so it is fairly easy for us to pick up the robot, carry it upstairs, and change the floor we want it to use within the app. But there are other settings to where you can wet the mop at the base station first, and then carry it upstairs and have it clean the bathroom. And once it's done cleaning whatever you need it to upstairs, you can simply carry it downstairs and have it return to its dock, or you can carry it back to the dock yourself. So it may be a couple of extra steps, but you definitely don't have to buy another robot for multi-level homes if you don't want to!
