This issue is likely caused by the rug being too thick. Although the robot is equipped with a chassis‑lifting feature, the lifting height is still limited. For rugs thicker than 2 cm, as well as dark or black-colored rugs, the robot’s cleaning performance and ability to pass over the surface may be restricted.
