[P10 Pro] Adjacent room one step down wasn’t mapped

One room was not mapped because there is a step down. It recognized the area, but could not get into it. How do I get it mapped?

Hello,

You can create a ramp for the sunken room to allow the robot to enter smoothly. At the same time, please make sure to add the ramp in the map as well. The ramp angle should be less than 12°.

After that, you can either send the robot to clean the sunken room directly or start a full-area cleaning task. The robot will automatically update the map during the cleaning process.
