Sorry some bugs occurred, please restart or exit plugin version 2.4.7. Gives me 2 options, restart plugin or exit pluggin. Restarted, force stopped, reinstalled, etc. My other phone experienced the same thing.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue has already been fixed. Please try closing the MOVA App completely in the background, then follow the steps below in order:
MOVA App → Me → Settings → General Settings → Clear Cache → Confirm, and then reopen the app.
You may also try clearing the entire app data:
Phone Settings → Apps → MOVA Home → Storage → Clear Data
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please provide us with the following information so that we can assist you further:
1.The device firmware version (you can find it on the robot’s display screen)
2.The device serial number (SN)
My app went through another update, hopefully it works. This shouldn't happen, please test thoroughly further updates. This really gave me lots of worry and stress.
