No sponsorship here — just real life.
Welcome to what my neighbors probably think is a crime scene…
but is actually my monthly robot deep-clean ritual 😂
Between pool robots and indoor vacuums, this is what maintenance looks like when you’re fully committed:
Pool Crew (Twice Weekly Cleanups):
Wybot F1 (Skimmer duty 🫡)
Wybot C2 Vision (Floor & walls)
Indoor Army:
Mova Mobius 60
Mova Roller 60 SA
Mova Roller 60 Complete (First full teardown today 👀)
Wyze x2 (Weekly dustbin cleanup squad)
Roomba E5 (Still holding the line 💪)
💡 Reality Check (This is Why Maintenance Matters)
You don’t realize how much these robots pick up…
until you open everything up.
Filters clogged.
Rollers packed.
Hidden debris in places you didn’t know existed.
That “set it and forget it” life?
Yeah… there’s a maintenance tax 😅
🤖 MOVA Takeaways (Where It Stands Out)
After tearing everything down today:
Better internal design = easier cleaning
Less “gross factor” compared to older bots
Components feel more modular and thought-out
Honestly… this is where newer-gen engineering is starting to show.
😂 Funny Thought of the Day
At this point…
I don’t own robots…
👉 I run a full-service robot maintenance facility.
👀 Looking Ahead
If this is the level of upkeep across multiple bots…
I’m really curious how something like the V50 Complete handles:
Long-term hygiene
Reduced manual intervention
True “hands-off” operation
Because if a robot can reduce this level of teardown…
that’s a game changer.
💬 Question for the community:
How often are you guys actually deep-cleaning your robots?
Be honest… are you on a schedule or just waiting until something smells? 😅 TranslateView Original Text
