Can we get communication if you've already sent out who got selected on the offer? I applied since March 11th and have not heard back and I know it got extended to 3/31 and now seems 5/31, but everyone who applied was supposed to hear back 7 days after applying. We would appreciate some comms around this, thanks!

Hi MOVA team, following up on my V50 application status.

I completed the $0 trial/payment-information step on April 2 and received the payment success screen, but I still have not received the “INFO REQUIRED” email or any order/shipping confirmation. Since more than 5 business days have passed, could someone please confirm whether my submission was successfully recorded or whether I need a corrected next step from the team?

I have not retried the payment step because I want to avoid duplicate records. Thank you.

I checked my inbox, junk, and spam folders carefully and I do not see any V50 congrats / invitation email.

For reference, I originally applied on March 11, and later completed the payment-information step on April 2 when that step became accessible to me. Based on your clarification, I understand that step 2 does not count without the invitation email.

Could you please check whether an invitation was ever issued to my email address, and if yes, kindly resend it? If no invitation has been sent, please confirm whether my application is still under review or not selected.
