cleaning pauses and doesn't start again

I often ask her to vacuum first and then mop.  She stops and says cleaning paused.  But it's half an hour later and she hasn't gone to mop yet.  This often happens during a general clean also.  She pauses and then just doesn't go out again.  How can I see why she paused?

Hello,

When the robot runs out of battery, it will automatically shut down and stop the cleaning task. You can enable the “Resume cleaning mode” in the “More Features” section. Once this feature is turned on, the robot will automatically resume cleaning from where it left off after fully recharging.

Please also check the following:

1.Make sure no pets or family members accidentally pressed the pause button.
2.Confirm whether the robot was blocked or stuck by any obstacles, which may have caused the cleaning task to pause.
3.Check the app for any error messages or alerts.
4.Restart the robot and try again.
