[P10 Pro Ultra] Laser distance Sensor Cover Jammed Error

I have a P10 Pro Ultra and I keep getting an error that says “Laser distance sensor cover jammed”. It’s not jammed. I have cleaned everything, reset everything. This is extremely frustrating.

Hello,

We recommend checking the issue by following the steps below:

1. Please check whether the firmware has been updated to the latest version.  If not, update the firmware and then check whether the robot is working properly.

2. If the firmware is already up to date, please try the following steps:

   1) Gently shake or tap the LDS cover to see whether it can spring back properly.  
   2) Check whether there is any foreign object around the laser sensor. If so, clean it carefully and try again.  
   3) Please check whether the LDS can rotate normally.

3. You may also try restarting the device.
