Mopping on Carpets

We’ve had our P10 Ultra Pro since November. Never had an issue with it mopping over rugs. But we just moved to a new apartment and suddenly it is mopping on the area rugs and the bedroom that had carpet in it.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

This issue may occur if the robot does not correctly detect the carpet. We recommend gently cleaning the carpet detection sensors on the underside of the robot and ensuring that the carpets are not long‑pile or black, as these can interfere with detection.

You can also manually add carpet areas in the map to prevent the robot from mopping over them:
Map edit icon → Carpet → Add carpet.

This should help the robot avoid mopping on carpeted areas.

Also, you did remap correct at your new apartment?
