[P10 Pro Ultra] I must have a broken dock station.

I received this unit a week ago and cannot get it to work properly.  The robot cannot dock itself, plus when washing the pads, the pump to discharge the dirty water to the used water tank never works and the wash area overflows. The dirty water tank has never had water in it. I have tried multiple factory resets and remaps. The remaps are difficult to complete with out me manually putting the robot in the dock. I have cleaned and checked the wheels and docking bay, suctioned water through the drain pipe to the used water bin location wirh a squeeze bulb to clear any blockage.
Nothing has worked to get this unit functional, it does navigate and clean properly, but thats it, docking station will charge and empty dust bin, but only if I manually set the robot in it.
Help, im ready to return this thing!

TBH the water leaking out and not emptying is more worrisome than not docking. I would contact technical support. The docking is probably dirty sensor or try relocating the base somewhere else.

We apologize for the poor user experience. Regarding your issue of the robot failing to return to its charging dock/automatic docking with the base station and the complete malfunction of the wastewater system, please note the following steps:

1. The charging dock/base station needs to be placed against a wall. We recommend placing the dock in a relatively open area, ensuring there are no obstructions within 1.5m in front of it and 0.5m to the sides. Keep it away from signal interference; avoid reflective surfaces such as mirrors or windows on the back of routers or televisions.

2. Place the used water tank back into the base station, gently pressing it down to ensure proper installation.

3. Wipe away any remaining water from the dock with a dry cloth, install the cleaning tray, and check if the problem persists. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you for your understanding.
