[P10 Pro Ultra] Skipping Rugs

My new P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2 seems to be skipping rugs/carpet. My settings tell it to vacuum carpet. What am I missing?

If it’s a manually added carpet by you, physically click on the hashed area on the map/the carpet itself to access additional settings related to that carpet.

Hello,

Please first check your carpet cleaning settings to see if you've selected to avoid or ignore carpets (as shown in the picture).

You can also pay attention to the carpet color. If the carpet is black/dark, the robot won't go over it. This is because cliff sensors are installed in front of the omnidirectional wheels and on the sides of the main wheels. These sensors are affected by infrared physical properties. When the robot approaches dark carpets or dark tracks near sliding doors, it may trigger the cliff sensor alarm. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Mova King!: Thank you! I believe you were correct! My global setting was set to clean the carpet, but the setting for the manual carpet was set to skip if necessary. I switched it to match my global setting and it cleaned the carpets!

Mova support: thanks for getting to this so quick! One carpet is a light color and the other is a darker maroon color. The P10 had no issues when I first set it up, it was just was my settings.

Hope this can help someone else.
