Z60 Ultra complete Update!!

Hello, after another few weeks of using the Z60, there appeared to be a bug that I experienced. When both robots, my P50 Ultra and the new Z60 Ultra, are running tasks on the same floor, they occasionally collide with each other. Instead of attempting to navigate around the P50, the Z60 seems to recognize it as a static barrier and proceeds to “dance” around it before eventually climbing on top of the P50 altogether.

Attached is a video of the interaction between the robots minutes prior to the Z60 jumping on top. Within the video, it’s clear that both robots are attempting to navigate around each other but struggle to do so effectively. This issue has already been reported through the proper channels, and I am currently waiting for further guidance on how this will be addressed moving forward.

On the other hand, the Z60 replacement unit I received — due to damage from a separate bug encountered earlier — has been performing as expected during normal operation. Vacuuming and mopping performance remain consistent, with no noticeable issues in cleaning ability, navigation during standard runs, or interaction with the base. Aside from the multi-robot interaction issue, the unit continues to function reliably in day-to-day use.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the detailed feedback.

When the P50 Ultra and the Z60 Ultra are running cleaning tasks simultaneously on the same floor, the behavior you described may occur if the Z60 misidentifies the other robot as a fixed object, such as a threshold or height obstacle, rather than as a moving device. This can cause the Z60 to repeatedly adjust its position around the P50 and, in rare cases, attempt to climb over it.

At this stage, we recommend observing the behavior over a few more cleaning cycles to see whether the issue persists, as the recognition logic may improve with continued operation in some scenarios.

At the same time, we have actively reported this behavior as a potential multi‑robot interaction bug to our internal technical team. They are currently reviewing the scenario to further optimize object recognition and interaction logic when multiple devices operate in the same environment.

Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve the product. Please feel free to share any additional observations if the issue occurs again.
