[P10 Pro Ultra] P10 Pro Ultra issue

The unit had gotten stuck while no one was home and the battery had died while on standy. I returned home and placed it into the dock to charge. The unit gets enough power to turn on and because its low needs to charge but it constantly leaves dock just to re-dock and it does this cycle over and over again until the battery dies. Then we re-start the procees all over again. Ive done a hard reset, cleared the cache, and cleaned the charging sensors/dock station with no fix. Anyone have this issue or is this thing toast?

I face this one time with a Samsung Vacuum and Doc. Aling the vacuum in the dock till it powers on. Wait for the unit to power on and show up in the app. As soon as you see it in the app, cancel the vacuum session.

Hold the vacuum/wi-fi reset once fully charged to reset the device.

Unfortunately I've tried canceling the session as soon as it shows up on the app. The unit automatically returns to the session and will not cancel. I've contacted customer service. Thanks for the rep
