Dirt

I've had the robot since December. In the beginning I felt as though it did great, but now I feel as though it doesn't pick up dirt like it use to.  I will watch it go over a spot and the dirt will still be there after it moves on and it's not as it there's piles of dirt.

Hello,

Regarding your question about the machine's reduced dust removal ability, please check the following points:

1. The dust collection bin may be full. Please open the robot's top cover, remove the dust collection bin, and clean out any debris. (See attached image)

2. Remove the filter and gently tap it along the edge of the debris to remove surface dust and debris. Rinse the filter with clean water and ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it. Then turn on the robot to see if it works normally. (See attached image)

3. Remove the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean it, and check the main suction inlet for any foreign objects tangled in it. (See attached image)

4. Please use the highest cleaning mode to check the cleaning effect.
