During the automatic dust collection process, the base station uses powerful airflow to quickly suck dust from the robot’s dust bin into the dust bag. Due to the strong suction, it is hard to completely stop tiny fine dust and sand particles from escaping slightly, especially when cleaning ultra-fine dust.
This does not mean the dust bag is damaged or improperly fitted. As long as the bag is intact and installed correctly, the overall dust collection function will work properly.
