[P50 Pro Ultra] Low detergent?

Error states low but when i look it is full to the top. Did it get clogged? Or how can i check if working properly?

Hello, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the drain filter and drain pipe for blockages, and clean and remove any blockages.

2. Ensure the dirty water tank lid is properly sealed and positioned.

3. Open the left and right closures of the cleaning tray, remove the cleaning tray, and empty any excess water.

4. Check the filter screen of the cleaning plate for blockages. If blocked, clean it before continuing use.

5. Wipe the overflow sensor (metal spring) on ​​the cleaning plate with a dry cloth, replace the cleaning plate, and secure the closures on both sides.

6. Try cleaning with a damp cloth. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
